HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Good Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
• Support the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Manage the separation formalities and documentation to ensure a smooth experience to exiting employees.
• Compile HR metrics and analyse trends, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Shifts: Day/Night (Should be flexible with shifts & timings)
