- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and manage budgets for the design department, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to achieve cost-effective production.
- Represent Rhysley Pvt Ltd at fashion events, industry forums, and media engagements.
- Ensure that menswear collections align with the brands image and market.
