Recruitment Responsibilities:

1. Job Posting & Sourcing:

• Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.

1. Screening & Shortlisting:

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings.

1. Interview Coordination:

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.

1. Candidate Database Management:

• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment tracker.
• Ensure proper documentation of resumes and interview feedback.

1. Onboarding Support:

• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.

Operations Responsibilities:

1. Employee Records & Documentation:

• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Ensure all HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.) are properly filed.

1. HR Policies & Compliance:

• Assist in communicating HR policies to new and existing employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

1. Attendance & Leave Management:

• Track employee attendance and leaves.
• Assist in resolving any attendance-related queries.

1. Employee Engagement Activities:

• Help plan and execute employee engagement programs.
• Support in organizing team-building activities and HR events.

1. HR Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee performance.
• Assist in analyzing HR metrics for process improvements.
