Job Description
Recruitment Responsibilities :
- Job Posting & Sourcing :
- Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
- Screening & Shortlisting :
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings.
- Interview Coordination :
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
- Candidate Database Management :
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment tracker.
- Ensure proper documentation of resumes and interview feedback.
- Onboarding Support :
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.
- Employee Records & Documentation :
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Ensure all HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.) are properly filed.
- HR Policies & Compliance :
- Assist in communicating HR policies to new and existing employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Attendance & Leave Management :
- Track employee attendance and leaves.
- Assist in resolving any attendance-related queries.
- Employee Engagement Activities :
- Help plan and execute employee engagement programs.
- Support in organizing team-building activities and HR events.
- HR Reporting & Analytics :
- Prepare reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee performance.
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics for process improvements.
