Job Description
Responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives that drive the growth of our dealer network, enhance dealer profitability, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer development strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives and market expansion plans.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Identify potential dealer partners, negotiate terms, and onboard new dealerships across targeted regions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
5. Analise market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize dealer profitability and operational efficiency.
7. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
