Job Description
To lead and oversee the successful implementation, customization, and ongoing management of SAP systems to optimize business processes and drive organizational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute project plans for SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
2. Lead the configuration and customization of SAP modules (such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) based on business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
3. Manage a team of SAP consultants and developers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
4 Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the SAP project team, facilitating requirements gathering, conducting workshops, and ensuring alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
Technical / Desired Skills:
1. SAP Expertise
2. Project Management
3. Leadership and Team Management
IT/Software skills required: SAP Business One ERP , SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI
Education background-Desirable, if any: SAP B1 Certified consultant
Other Desired relevant Work Experience / Industry preference Requirements: Exposer to manufacturing Industries
