Oversee financial operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, manages dealer accounting, and supports strategic financial planning to enhance the companys growth and profitability
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Oversee all dealer accounting activities, including accounts receivable and payable, dealer commissions, and reconciliation of dealer accounts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align financial strategies with business goals. Support the development of pricing strategies and financial models.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments. Optimize working capital and manage debt obligations.
Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide training and development opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and the board of directors. Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives clearly and effectively.
Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights and analysis. Participate in the development of business strategies and initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes. Implement new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
