Job Description

A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) focuses on managing dealers of Original Equipment

Manufacturers (OEMs), plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth. The RSM

is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic area,

ensuring effective collaboration with OEMs and their dealer networks.

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identifying key accounts, developing and executing strategies to nurture them.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential customers.
  • Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitoring sales performance and conducting regular sales reviews.

Dealer Engagement and maintaining customer relationship:

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers in the assigned area to facilitate smooth

loan disbursement.

  • Act as the Key contact for dealers regarding loan-related queries, disputes, or

escalations.

  • Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to gather feedback and ensure customer

satisfaction.

  • Educate dealers on the companys product offerings and collection process to ensure

streamlined collaboration.

  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Managing a sales team:

  • Recruiting, training, and motivating sales representatives.
  • Setting sales targets and monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise sales effectiveness.

Analyzing market trends and competition:

  • Staying updated with industry developments and market dynamics.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Conducting market research and identifying new trends or opportunities.
