Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• As A Regional Sales Manager You Will Handle Sales & Business & Development Of Multi Specialty.
• You Will Ensure Achievements Of Budget, New Product Launches.
• Retention / Development Of Team Of ABMS & Sales Officer .
• Achieving High PCPM And Target Achievement .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and PCPM (Per Capita Per Month) objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote and expand the reach of products in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure successful new product launches.

2. Team Management:

• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team of ABMs and Sales Officers.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance evaluations for the team.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.

3. Market Analysis and Planning:

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and regional action plans.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to strengthen brand loyalty.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

• Submit regular sales performance reports and updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales operations.
