We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Cement Industry where we provide AI based Packing Plant Automation SoluSolutionstion and Crusher Output Inspection Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the market presence of Frinks.AI in the cement sector. This role requires a strong network, excellent communication skills, and in-depth industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales, collection, and receivable targets.
• Sustain and increase market share in the designated territory.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure a healthy and effective channel network.
• Conduct planned market visits for engaging with channel partners and customers.
• Directly manage and nurture relationships with key customers.
• Maintain call trackers and after-visit reports for all market activities.
• Submit weekly market reports and provide insights on competition and industry developments.
• Implement all planned promotional and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
• Complete any other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 10-15 years of sales experience in the cement industry, with strong expertise in B2B sales.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the cement market and plant connects.
• Networking: Established network and strong connections within the cement plants across any of southern/northern India.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Business Development
• Education: Bachelor's/MBA degree in Business Administration, B.Tech, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
