Role Overview

Frinks AI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in the industrial automation sector. As the face of Frinks AI, you will represent the company at social events, drive brand awareness, and promote our cutting-edge solutions. You will develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Represent Frinks AI at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to create cohesive campaigns and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in industrial automation.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other platforms.
• Lead the creation of marketing content focused on topics such as PLC, SCADA, Smart Manufacturing, Predictive Maintenance, and Vision Systems.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to foster professional growth and productivity.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years in sales or B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial automation industry.
• Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of technologies like PLC, SCADA, Robotics, Vision Systems, and Smart Manufacturing.
• Social Media Presence: Active on LinkedIn with substantial followers
• Skills:
• Proven track record of lead generation and campaign success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and account-based marketing best practices.
