Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Sales Strategy Implementation*: Execute the strategic sales plan in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Focus on penetrating new markets and improving sales within the region.
2. *Client Management*: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to achieve client satisfaction.
3. *Market Analysis*: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
4. *Technical Support*: Provide technical information and explanations; prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
5. *Team Coordination*: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve business goals. Share market insights and strategies with the team to refine processes.
6. *Reporting*: Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory. Report on regional sales results and forecast future sales.
7. *Deal Closure*: Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
