Job Description

About The Role

Manage and lead a team of SAP professionals, including SAP consultants, developers, and support staff
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems, including ERP, CRM, and other modules
Develop and implement SAP roadmaps, strategies, and architectures that align with business objectives
Ensure SAP systems are integrated with other business systems and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize SAP projects and initiatives.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing SAP team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the SAP team
Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
Develop and manage budgets for SAP projects and initiatives
Identify and develop talent within the team, and provide opportunities for growth and development
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop SAP solutions that meet those needs
Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support SAP projects and initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure SAP systems are aligned with business objectives and strategies
Identify opportunities for business process improvement and innovation through SAP solutions.

About You

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and management.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (eg, FI/CO, MM, SD,) and their integration.
Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
SAP certifications are highly desirable.
