Job Description

About The Role

Executes on delivering testing solutions for routine projects
Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
Knowledge & hands-on with Salesforce application testing, Conga systems, and Azure Devops test plans.
Manage all Phases of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on a project
Participate in internal defect triage calls.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
Maintain and communicate QA metrics/related risks to QA lead and management.
Perform and report on regression testing at regular intervals throughout a project.
Responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Test artifacts, including Test Plan, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports.

Work closely with the engineers, product teams and cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and business to deliver the solution, identify and recommend ways to standardize configuration, and move towards a generic approach.
Detects, highlights and tracks bugs
Performs activities according to quality criteria.
Delivers testing solutions for a single product and/or participates in complex projects.

About You

Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Assurance with Salesforce platform.
If any Automation experience is value add (preferably Playwright tool)
Experience with Integration and API related testing.
Salesforce certification is a big plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
