Culture takes the cake. Great colleagues. No nonsense attitude, get the job done and go home kinda culture, not a single message outside work hours. Very inclusive.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike yet. However, salary could’ve been a bit more. But that’s totally on personal negotiation skills.

Work life balance upto a certain extent. Reputation outside work-life. Being a part of a global news agency.

Dislikes

Lowest salaries. Favourtism inside newsroom. Bangalore newsroom (largest) is like a cheap rat for the larger Reuters. Bangalore managers don't advocate for higher salaries for Indians, while their salaries are way too high.
