Marketing Lead, India Global Capability Center
Job Description:
- The role of the Marketing Lead, India GCC, is to setup, operate, and scale the center as a crucial capability for Global Marketing.
- Be responsible for hiring, onboarding, implementing processes and systems, and executing priorities in collaboration with Global.
- Marketing function leaders for Creative, Digital, and Marketing Ops.
- Accountable for delivery and performance of the center.
Let's talk about Responsibilities:
- Setup India GCC, hire and onboard staff in consultation with global marketing chief-of-staff and function leaders (creative, digital, marketing ops, communications).
- Collaborate closely with key global marketing function leaders and ResMed India site leader and people team to build, operate and scale the center.
- Act as key point of contact, liaison between global marketing function leaders and GCC team to translate strategies, OKRs and work priorities.
- Manage local day to day operations including prioritizing and allocating workloads across the team and reviewing quality and performance upholding the agreed quality standards.
- Provide periodic reporting on agreed deliverables, quality, and metrics to Global Marketing and other ResMed leadership teams.
- Inspire, motivate, and coach the team to build a high-performance culture and efficiency per metrics established.
- Lead and develop India GCC into best-practice and model in the health / medtech industry.
- Proactively bring improvements, innovations, and new opportunities to scale GCC capacity and capability, once early sustained success has been established.
- Document GCC organization, operations, and workflows to replicate in other geographies per business needs.
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from reputed University/College in marketing or related discipline.
- 15 years of general marketing experience - at a minimum, digital marketing, marketing ops, some creative / content.
- Proficient in marketing and collaboration processes and systems.
- Proven ability to manage teams, motivate and develop people, and maintain high performance culture with attrition below industry average.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with India team and Global Marketing teams.
- Prior experience working for/with MNCs managing India captive or capability center operations, including process and governance.
- Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to work from ResMed facility (India Tech Hub).
- Experience building and scaling India center from ground up (or small team / operation).
- Exposure to healthcare or life sciences industry.
