- The Growth Leader - India Market at ResMed will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand market presence, penetrate untapped healthcare sectors, and develop new verticals in the region. This role requires strategic leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities in both existing markets and emerging sectors, aligning with ResMed's vision of transforming healthcare through innovative technology and solutions for sleep, respiratory care, and connected health.
- As a player-coach, you will balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership, working either independently or with a lean, high-performing team to deliver tangible results.
- Reporting directly to the Global Vice President for Incubation and Growth, you will have a direct line of impact on ResMed's global growth agenda, ensuring India's contributions resonate across the organization.

- The Growth Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-sales, marketing, product development, and operations-to enhance market presence, develop new business verticals, and drive revenue growth.
