Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead, Marketing Analytics and Research to lead our data-driven marketing initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing data trends, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for leadership and business.
You will collaborate across teams to develop and execute advanced analytics, machine learning, and research projects while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in data analysis tools, and passionate about leveraging data to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Integration:
- Unify data points across various sources using a single Customer ID.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, achieving a 95% accuracy rate.
Strategic Reporting and Insights:
- Deliver leadership reports at regular intervals.
- Calculate and analyze Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) to inform business strategies.
Functional Optimization for Marketing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer retention and encourage repeat purchases through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Conduct RFM modeling and cohort analysis for CRM and other channels on regular intervals to enhance customer communication.
- Facilitate A/B testing for various customer cohorts across Performance, Merchandising and CRM channels, including SMS, email, RCS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
AI and Creative Tools:
- Drive the integration of AI tools to improve creative processes and campaign efficiency.
Media and Brand Analytics:
- Use statistical models to determine the optimal media mix for brand campaigns.
- Assist the Brand team/ performance marketing and CRM team in evaluating media effectiveness and analyzing campaign performance across channels.
AI/ML Implementation:
- Spearhead AI and machine learning initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the company.
Research Coordination:
- Work with research agencies to conduct studies such as brand health tracking (BHT), UI/UX evaluations, and performance analysis.
- Perform secondary research for marketing and product teams to support ongoing projects.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and data management skills with expertise in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and CRM tools.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques (e. regression, time series modelling etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a plus.
