About Us

ReBIT (Reserve Bank Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We've been set up to handle the IT requirements, including the cyber security needs of the RBI and its regulated entities. ReBIT focuses on IT and cyber security (including related research) of the financial sector and assists in IT systems audit and assessment of the RBI-regulated entities. We advise, implement, and manage internal or system-wide IT projects (both existing and new) of RBI as mutually decided between the Reserve Bank and ReBIT.

ReBIT serves as a catalyst for innovation, big systems, and new ideas, in addition to guiding regulated entities in the IT areas of their operations and the RBI's IT-related functions and initiatives. Given the need for inter-operability and cross-institutional cooperation, ReBIT effectively participates in setting up standards to strengthen RBIs role as regulator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various complex roles, devising innovative methods to attract the right talent for each position.
• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing plans, interpreting requirements to identify the desired candidate profiles.
• Mentor and work with the TA team to enhance our talent pool research strategy, market mapping, and competitive analysis.
• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to fulfill their hiring needs and objectives.
• Actively participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrate data integrity and use data to influence hiring decisions.
• Work closely with TA team to generate Information and Insight from multiple recruitment Matrix and share reports to ensure multiple matrix and data driven decisions.
• Position the organization in right direction by gaining insights in projects of National cause thereby building a brand value in market instead running a traditional recruitment
• Build and sustain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional teams internally (e.g., Global recruitment team, HR, Compensation, Talent Branding).

Qualifications

• Must have experience of 8-12 years in end-to-end recruitment while managing Stakeholders, reporting matrix and sourcing
• You have senior level experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience in recruiting in the India market for BFSI domain (Preferred)
• Must have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers.
• You have deep experience in RCA and are unafraid to ask questions.
• You have experience elevating your team and working collaboratively with others.
• You understand and are curious about the software industry.
• You have experience using data to support your market insights.

Education

• BTech/MCA/MBA in HR or equivalent

Employment Type

• All positions are on fixed-term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for five years, extendable by mutual consent
