Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for various technical positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback.
• Assist in the creation of recruitment materials and job postings.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in IT and technology-related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
