Manager - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives, staffing needs, and workforce planning.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment specialists or coordinators.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs, hiring goals, and maintains high standards of candidate experience.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support for the recruitment team to enhance performance and development.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and job offer negotiation.
• Use a variety of sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, headhunting, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
• Provide regular reporting and updates on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress to leadership.
• Manage and track recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Retention:

• Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
