Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure TDS compliance, including deductions, deposits, and filing of TDS returns.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts independently.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements, including filing returns and conducting tax and GST audits.
• Oversee bank operations, including vendor payments, fund management, and preparation of banking instruments such as Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC).
• Handle statutory filings such as Form 15CA and 15CB for foreign remittances.
• Supervise and oversee the work of a team of 2-3 accounting staff.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tax and financial audits.
• Maintain and manage the Tally accounting system effectively.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights to the CFO to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Cleared CA Intermediate or one group of CA Final. Candidates not pursuing CA further are preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, and bank operations.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and advanced knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong understanding of tax audits, GST audits, financial reporting, and banking documentation.
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements independently.
• Experience in managing bank operations, including vendor payments, fund management, and statutory filings like Form 15CA/CB.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a small team.
• Age: Around 40 years.
