Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system..

Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and key metrics..

Ensure product and service information is well-communicated to prospective clients..

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through efficient telemarketing practices..

Address client objections, negotiate terms, and close deals over the phone..

Requirements.

Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, Telemarketing Executive, or similar phone-based sales role..

Solid understanding of marketing strategies and persuasive selling techniques..

Ability to grasp quickly and communicate complex services..

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently..

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone..

Minimum educational requirement: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus..
