Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and successfully selling real estate properties.
  • This role involves identifying market opportunities, conducting property showings, and assisting clients through the purchasing or leasing process.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Generate new sales leads through various channels (e.g., referrals, networking, online platforms, cold calling).
  • Promote properties to potential buyers and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients (buyers, sellers, investors, and developers).
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and other related issues.
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties.
  • Property Listings & Market Analysis:
  • Prepare and present property listings, including market analysis, property features, and pricing.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and available inventory.
  • Property Showings & Negotiations:
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, either in person or virtually.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork for buying, selling, or leasing properties.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and other related documents in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Customer Service & After-Sales Support:
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with any post-sale requirements or inquiries.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the marketing, legal, and property management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and events as required.



Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or real estate, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property values, and local regulations.
  • Proficient in using real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.



Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.



Preferred:

  • Real estate license (if required by local regulations).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
