Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-respected individual to manage our Chennai center

The ideal candidate should have experience in the education or real estate sector, with additional experience in government liaison being an added advantage

The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centers operations, including documentation, project follow-ups, and outreach to prospective clients (B2B)

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven record of professional respect

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Chennai center

Manage documentation related to various projects

Follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring timely progress and completion

Conduct outreach to prospective B2B clients via phone to generate leads and maintain client relationships

Collaborate with government officials and agencies when required to ensure compliance

Serve as a point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders

Ensure the center's smooth functioning and address any operational challenges

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any relevant field (Real Estate, Education, Business Management, etc,)

Experience: 3-5 years in education, real estate, or a similar industry

Government liaison experience will be an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

Respected within professional circles for reliability and integrity

Proximity to Egmore, Chennai, preferred for easier commute
