Job Title: Manager - ROW

Location: Head Office/Project Sites

Job Summary:

The Manager - Right of Way (ROW) & Liaison is responsible for managing all activities related to securing land access, ROW, and necessary permits for EPC projects. This role involves liaising with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and landowners to ensure that projects proceed without delays due to land acquisition or permitting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• ROW Acquisition: Manage the acquisition of right-of-way (ROW) for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of land access rights.
• Liaison with Authorities: Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Permit Management: Secure all necessary permits and approvals required for project construction and operation.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues related to land acquisition, ROW, or permitting.
• Compliance: Ensure all ROW and land acquisition activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Head - Project Execution on the status of ROW and liaison activities, including risks and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Land Management, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in ROW acquisition, land management, or liaison roles within the EPC or infrastructure sectors.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of land acquisition laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in liaising with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in Land Management or Real Estate.
• Legal training or certification related to land acquisition.
