PartnerOffice Manager

Position Title: PartnerOffice Manager
Location: RERA Consultants LLP, Bangalore.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work from Office
Reports To: Vinay Suhail

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized andproactive PartnerOffice Manager to manage and coordinate the dailyoperations of the partneroffice. This work-from-office role involvesoverseeing schedules, managing communications, coordinating with teams, preparingreports, and handling travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will bringprofessionalism, discretion, and efficiency to ensure the seamless functioningof the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Coordination and Data Management:
-Follow up with team members to collect, consolidate, and share required datapromptly.
- Actas a central point of contact for gathering updates and ensuring efficientcommunication.

2. Travel and Appointment Management:
-Schedule and manage travel arrangements, including booking tickets,accommodations, and itineraries.
-Maintain and coordinate calendars to manage appointments, meetings, and eventseffectively.

3. Message and Communication Management:
-Review, organize, and respond to daily messages on behalf of the partners.
-Ensure professional and timely replies to internal and external communications.

4. Call Handling:
-Attend and manage office calls, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
-Serve as a liaison between the partners and callers, maintainingprofessionalism at all times.

5. Monthly Reports Preparation:

-Prepare and submit monthly reports summarizing activities, progress, andachievements.
-Ensure all reports are accurate, well-organized, and submitted withindeadlines.

6. Daily Communication with Groups:

-Manage communication with key groups and stakeholders, ensuring regular updatesand prompt responses.
- Actas a communication bridge between partners and various groups to streamlineoperations.

7. Office Management:

-Maintain an organized office environment to support the partnersday-to-dayactivities effectively.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, ora similar role.
-Prior experience in a work-from-office setup is essential.

Skills:

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) andcommunication tools.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex schedules and tasks.

-High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
