We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Manager - HR to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources across the organization. This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional with 9-10 years of experience, preferably in startup environments, who thrives in building processes from scratch and driving comprehensive HR strategies. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and scaling HR functions while fostering a culture that aligns with our values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall HR strategy to align with the company's business goals and vision.
- Set up HR functions, policies, and processes from the ground up, ensuring scalability as the organization grows.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand organizational needs and provide people-centric solutions to drive business performance.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Design and lead the talent acquisition strategy for hiring top talent that aligns with the company's culture and growth trajectory.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure optimal talent selection.
Create an engaging onboarding experience to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement, inclusion, and alignment with core values.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Promote a strong company culture through regular touchpoints, communication strategies, and team-building activities.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee the performance management system to ensure employee growth, development, and alignment with business objectives.
- Establish a feedback-driven culture by supporting managers in providing consistent and constructive feedback.
- Design and lead initiatives for employee development, career growth, and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collaborate with leadership on developing competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
- Analyze industry trends and market data to ensure the company's offerings are attractive, sustainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage payroll, rewards, and recognition programs.
Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations, ensuring a risk-free environment for the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Manage all aspects of HR compliance, including audits, employee documentation, and workplace safety.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance.
- Develop reports to measure HR effectiveness and ensure that HR initiatives contribute to the organization's overall success.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in a startup or fast-growing organization.
- Proven experience in setting up and scaling HR functions from scratch, including policy development, talent management, performance systems, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR technologies.
