About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven VP Marketing to lead our entire marketing function. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies and innovative campaigns.

- Brand Positioning & Awareness: Strengthen brand presence through innovative storytelling, digital marketing, and PR initiatives.

- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and offline channels.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services, working closely with sales and product teams.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer engagement.

- Partnerships & Collaborations: Establish strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement programs.

- Customer Experience & Engagement: Improve customer lifecycle management through personalized communication and engagement strategies.

- Budget & ROI Management: Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in leading marketing functions with measurable success in brand building, demand generation, and growth marketing.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and marketing automation.

- Experience in scaling businesses through innovative marketing strategies and execution.
