About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Content Head to lead our content and communication strategy from a marketing perspective. This role is ideal for someone who can craft compelling narratives, develop high-impact content strategies, and drive engagement across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust content strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.

- Marketing Communications: Shape the brand voice and positioning by crafting engaging and persuasive marketing communications for campaigns, events, product launches, and digital channels.

- Multi-Channel Content Development: Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, videos, and other digital marketing assets.

- SEO & Performance Optimization: Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation, ensuring high search visibility and audience reach.

- Team Leadership: Build and manage a content team (writers, designers, and videographers), guiding them to produce high-quality, results-driven content.

- Brand Storytelling: Develop impactful narratives to enhance brand recall, customer engagement, and thought leadership.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to measure content performance, iterate strategies, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

- Collaborations & Partnerships: Work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure seamless content execution.

- Crisis & Reputation Management: Handle brand communication in response to industry trends, media inquiries, and crisis situations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in content strategy, marketing communications, or digital content creation.

- Experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
