Job Summary:
- We seek a highly experienced and strategic Head of SEO to lead and manage our SEO team.
- The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of expertise in SEO, team leadership, and driving impactful search strategies for enterprise-level clients.
- This role requires a deep understanding of search algorithms, technical SEO, content optimization, and performance tracking.
- The Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and measurable growth for clients' organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic.
- Oversee technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and content strategies.
- Drive continuous improvements through keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- Keep up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO professionals.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team growth.
- Assign projects effectively and ensure quality execution of SEO campaigns.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring strategic alignment with their SEO goals.
- Present performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex SEO data into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Conduct site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
- Optimize website structure, schema markup, and site speed for improved rankings.
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO-friendly website improvements.
- Work closely with the Paid Media, Content, and Web Development teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
- Identify and implement automation tools and AI-driven SEO solutions.
- Experiment with new SEO tactics and emerging trends to drive growth.
Educational Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience of working with enterprise-level clients and large-scale websites.
- Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
- Experience with content optimization and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development best practices for SEO.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
