We seek a highly experienced and strategic Head of SEO to lead and manage our SEO team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of expertise in SEO, team leadership, and driving impactful search strategies for enterprise-level clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of search algorithms, technical SEO, content optimization, and performance tracking. The Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and measurable growth for clients' organic search performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic.

- Oversee technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and content strategies.

- Drive continuous improvements through keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.

- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO professionals.

- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team growth.

- Assign projects effectively and ensure quality execution of SEO campaigns.

- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring strategic alignment with their SEO goals.

- Present performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications & Key Requirements

- At least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and large-scale websites.

- Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
