1. HR Systems Strategy & Management:
- Lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management Systems, Payroll Systems) to support organizational objectives.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems, from selecting the right platforms to driving post-implementation optimization and upgrades.
- Oversee the integration of various HR technology platforms (recruitment, performance management, learning management, compensation) into a cohesive ecosystem.
2. System Implementation and Optimization:
- Lead the implementation of new HR technology systems or upgrades, ensuring alignment with HR and business goals.
- Manage the configuration, testing, deployment, and roll-out of HR systems, working closely with HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
3. HR Data Management & Reporting:
- Design and deliver HR metrics and reporting solutions, providing key insights on HR operations, performance, and talent management to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across HR functions, such as recruitment, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
4. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership, business leaders, IT, and external vendors to ensure HR systems are aligned with organizational priorities and business needs.
- Act as the liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication between teams.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including contract management, vendor performance, and issue resolution.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with external vendors, ensuring that the company gets the best value from its HR technology investments.
6. HR Process Improvement:
- Analyze and optimize HR processes with the use of technology to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve overall HR service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within HR systems, working closely with HR and IT teams to implement these changes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in HR technology and industry best practices to ensure the company's systems remain cutting-edge.
7. Compliance & Security:
- Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws, etc.).
- Oversee the implementation of HR system security protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive employee data and maintaining confidentiality.
8. User Support and Training:
- Provide ongoing support to HR system users, troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in managing HR systems (HRIS, payroll systems, talent management platforms, etc.), including system implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and functions, with a focus on how technology can improve HR service delivery.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to drive system improvements and integrations.
- Expertise in HR analytics, reporting, and using data to drive decision-making and performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR system projects simultaneously.
