Client Service Executive

Key Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in English and Hindi.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. A graduate degree in any field (preferably in Communications, Marketing, or a related field). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities: Serve as a secondary point of contact between Redefine and our clients. Understand client needs and address concerns promptly. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing support and resolving issues. Manage client expectations and respond to inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely project delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines. Willingness to travel for events as required.
