Client Service Executive - US Process

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Order Processing:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Resolve order-related issues, such as cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Identify and address customer concerns and feedback.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
