Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team at Medusind Solution. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the medical billing domain. The Recruiter will ensure a smooth hiring process, maintain a talent pipeline, and contribute to the company's growth by identifying candidates who align with our organizational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other innovative recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for medical billing roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Candidate Management:
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Verify candidate qualifications and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with HR and department managers to meet hiring targets.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company as an employer of choice by sharing success stories, employee testimonials, and job opportunities on various platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the medical billing or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing roles and industry-specific terminologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS, recruitment tools, and job boards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
