Title: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (100% onsite role)

Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the healthcare industry in the United States. Your day-to-day tasks will include: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of healthcare terminologies.
Engage with direct healthcare client demands related to medical professionals such as Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, etc. (Healthcare Nursing).
Source and attract Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, Case Manager).
Identify and engage Therapists (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist).
Oversee the entire recruitment life cycle for healthcare clients based in the US.
Utilize diverse channels to seek and enlist candidates with matching skill sets as per precise job requirements.
Develop a deep comprehension of client requisites, and address them using a mix of platforms including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks.
Conduct preliminary telephone interviews to assess candidates' experience and expertise.
Ensure the prompt submission of an ample number of qualified candidates for all allocated client requisitions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job posting sites, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant recruitment tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to convey complex information effectively and professionally.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with great attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
Knowledge of US healthcare, including relevant federal and state regulations and policies, is a plus

Schedule:

Shift: Night shift (Monday to Friday)

Timing: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST

Work Location: NSL Arena, Uppal, Hyderabad, TS, INDIA (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required))

Experience: 2-3+ year (Preferred)
