Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Team Leader at Realty Smartz.
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, leading a team of sales executives, providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Realty Smartz is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead with 8-10 years of experience to oversee and drive the sales team's performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, mentoring a team of sales executives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry to enhance business growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed targets. Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Conduct training sessions and skill development programs to enhance team efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Ensure the team follows best sales practices and customer engagement techniques. Drive business expansion by identifying new sales opportunities and client segments. Ensure the team provides excellent customer service to clients.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Enhance the customer experience by providing personalized service and solutions.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of processes. Track and analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Use CRM tools and sales tracking software to manage team activities. Act as a bridge between sales executives and senior management, ensuring effective communication. Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies.
- Encourage a collaborative and goal-driven work environment. Organize team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and sales training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle client queries effectively.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
- Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis.
