Role Description:

Realty Smartz is looking for a Head of Sales Department with 12-15 years of experience to lead, strategize, and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, account management, team leadership, and business growth. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
- Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Establish a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and coaching to enhance team productivity. Define KPIs and performance benchmarks to ensure high efficiency. Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of existing accounts to maximize customer retention and revenue. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Use analytical tools and CRM systems to track performance and optimize sales processes.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior leadership. Lead negotiations with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure profitable deals. Ensure contracts and agreements align with company objectives and profitability goals.
- Handle high-value sales transactions and strategic partnerships. Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on customer insights. Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and business conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in sales management, business development, or a related field. Strong expertise in sales strategy, account management, and team leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and drive a high-performance sales team. Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors is a plus. Strong network of industry contacts and key decision-makers.
- MBA or relevant Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. Leadership
