We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager - Commercial to oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and enhance overall workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.

- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees to align with company culture.

- Improve talent acquisition processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.

- Train and support managers and employees in performance evaluation and career development.

- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to improve retention.

- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.

- Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

- Conduct workshops for leadership, communication, and soft skills development.

- Support managers with coaching and employee development plans.

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and legal requirements.

- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and employee rights.

- Maintain HR records and reports for audits and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years in HR management with a focus on recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

- Strong ability to identify, attract, and retain top talent.

- Experience in training managers and employees for improved performance.

- Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills with good judgment and attention to detail.

- Experience in HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) and data analytics.

- Knowledge of commercial/retail industry HR practices.

- Experience in change management and employee engagement initiatives.
