Assist in smooth client onboarding experience
Grow the account value through consultativeselling and developing long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure renewals of existing products. Growthe book of business through upsell and cross-sell
Regular reviews with clients to sharecritical business insights, identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction
Oversee and communicate with clients in caseof escalated issues and ensure they are addressed promptly
Engage during training sessions to ensureunderstanding of products
Share client feedback with internalstakeholders to influence product development and marketing campaigns
Partner with marketing team to create casestudies and testimonials
Education Work Experience
8-12years experience with Account Management /Customer Success or similarprofile.
Graduation / Post Graduation in relatedfields with excellent communications skills. MBA is plus
Understanding of hospitality/traveltechnology or SaaS/B2B product offerings is preferrable
Knowledge
Account management in B2B environment.
Expertise in identifying renewal upselling opportunities.
Proficient in client servicing strategies.
Ability to read commercial contracts andunderstand legal clauses.
Deep understanding of value drivers inrecurring revenue business models.
Understanding of escalation handlingprocedures.
Skills
Strong analytical ability to review numbersand draw conclusions about past and future trends .
Proficiency in identifying renewal upselling opportunities.
