Role & responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for unsecured merchant loans.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

- Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
