- A seasoned HR professional with experience in introducing and implementing advanced HR systems and driving transformative strategies.

- This role emphasizes talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development and implementation of HR best practices.

- It is positioned as an Individual Contributor role, requiring hands-on experience.

- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the adoption of best HR practices.

- Lead and drive succession planning initiatives.

- Handle all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.

- Handle all aspects of PMS and related functions/processing, including working with an external consultant if appointed to improve the current (PMS) systems.

- Create strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and inclusivity.

- Recommend and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring reward strategies align with performance objectives and retention goals.

- Holistic employee well-being initiatives.

- Implement professional development programs for continuous learning.

- Lead transformational HR initiatives.

- Drive smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Experience:

- Experience in leading transformations and implementing change.

- Hands-on experience introducing and implementing new HR systems.

- Knowledge of new process implementation, HRMS implementation, and new training process induction.
