Roles & Responsibilities

F&B GSA

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages while ensuring a high standard of service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate as necessary.

F&B Captain

• Supervise and guide the F&B GSA team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Manage table reservations and seating arrangements for optimal guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Conduct briefings and provide training to the team as needed.

F&B Supervisor

• Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Develop and implement service procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any operational challenges effectively.

Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
• Experience:
• F&B GSA: 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• F&B Captain: 2+ years of experience in F&B operations.
• F&B Supervisor: 3+ years of experience, with leadership skills.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Other: Knowledge of Khajurahos heritage and culture is a plus.
