Job Description:
We are looking for experienced chefs specializing in South Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines. Candidates should be capable of operating as a Combi 1 Chef, handling various kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes as per the required standards for South Indian, Chinese, or Tandoor cuisine.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
• Manage kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Work closely with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new dishes to the menu.
• Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a South Indian, Chinese, or Tandoor chef, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in the preparation of authentic dishes in the respective cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
