Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
  
• Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (hospitality industry preferred).
  
• Any graduation degree; MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations or MBA/PGDM in Hospitality Management preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, selection, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding.
