Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process while enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and assessments.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations.
• Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, with candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job postings.
• Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely and professional communication with candidates regarding their status.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring feedback is provided promptly.
• Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new recruitment tools.
• Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Reporting & Metrics:
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and progress towards hiring goals.
• Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Working Model:

• Monday to Saturday (2nd and 3rd Saturdays off)
• Complete work from office profile
• Contractual basis
