Bajaj Finserv - Technical Architect - Dynamics 365/F&O (10-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Architect to join our team.

As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.

- Design and document detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security configurations.

- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.

- Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.

- Mentor and guide team members on technical aspects of the project.

- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop custom solutions using X++ and other development tools.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems and applications.

- Design and execute data migration strategies.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration techniques.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Optimize system performance through configuration, customization, and infrastructure optimization.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.

- Develop technical proposals and presentations.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on .NET/Java/UI technologies.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

- 4+ years of experience in solution design and technical leadership for Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

- Strong proficiency in X++, C#, and other relevant programming languages.

- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and data modeling.

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
