Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with expertise in AEM Sites Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding skills in Java, OSGi, Sling, and Apache. The candidate should be comfortable with live coding during the interview.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain AEM Sites Cloud solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Implement custom components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Work with Sling models, OSGi services, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
- Configure and optimize Apache and Dispatcher for caching and security.
- Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure high availability of AEM applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless front-end integration.
- Follow best coding practices, security guidelines, and DevOps principles.
Technical Skills Required :
- Strong experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Sites Cloud.
- Expertise in OSGi, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
- Hands-on experience with Apache and Dispatcher configurations.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
- Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM) certification is a plus.
- Experience with AEM Forms, AEM Assets, or headless AEM is a plus.
- Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is an advantage.
Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.
