HR Recruiter -Intern (Gurugram)

Role & responsibilities

* Assist in sourcing, screening of candidates from Naukri portal.

* Collecting candidate data.

* Maintaining Data in excel & software.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each
role.

* Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions.

* Provide regular updates to hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment-related documentation is up to date.

* Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Candidate should be punctual.
